First EVENT: The KOMBI KONVOY
The Mardi Grass 2000 Web Zone is to be constructed
in real time from sound, image and text sourced from the festival by a team of local and
visiting cyber artists, all of whom will be uploading to an interconnected array of sub
zones from an as yet unknown number of web casting terminals scattered throughout the
festival.

The HEMP Bar web

As well as the web cams this web
zone will feature a Talk not Type chat room / billboard mechanism similar to the
one you can PREVIEW HERE, the PROGRAM and this
page will be updating as soon as the information is available;O)--~

Web Casting Terminals will be installed in Peace
Park for the Opening Ceremony, Hemp Olympix
and Jay Day MMMarch. Other
confirmed Web Cam locations HEMP Bar, Nimbin Community Radio, Rainbow Cafe, Nimbin Community School, Aquarius Fair, Nimbin Environment Center, Nimbin Hotel & Backpackers, Trattoria and Pizzeria, the Nimbin Museum, the E-bar, NIM FM 102.3 and that's just the list
so far, POTential locations are being added to the weave of the Mardi Grass 2000 Web Zone
every day....
